Cisco Systems, Inc. (known as Cisco) is an American multinational technology conglomerate headquartered in San José, California, in the center of Silicon Valley, that develops, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, telecommunications equipment, and other high-technology services and products. Through its numerous acquired subsidiaries, such as OpenDNS, WebEx, and Jasper, Cisco specializes into specific tech markets, such as Internet of Things (IoT), domain security, and energy management.

Cisco is the largest networking company in the world. The stock was added to the Dow Jones Industrial Average on June 8, 2009, and is also included in the S&P 500 Index, the Russell 1000 Index, NASDAQ-100 Index and the Russell 1000 Growth Stock Index.

Denna vecka köpte jag 7 aktier i Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ).

Verizon Communications, Inc. , is an American multinational telecommunications conglomerate and the largest U.S. wireless communications service provider as of September 2014,and a corporate component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. The company is based at 1095 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, but is incorporated in Delaware.

Denna vecka köpte jag 7 aktier i Realty Income Corp (NYSE:O)

Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O) is a real estate investment trust. It is chartered in the state of Maryland and has its headquarters in San Diego, California. As of December 31, 2016, the company owns over 4,900 commercial real estate properties in 49 states, with a total market capitalization of approximately $21.3 billion. In March 2015, the company was added to the S&P 500.

Valen mellan inköp denna vecka var ganska okej och stod mellan Realty Income Corp (NYSE:O), Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ), Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG), Pfizer (STO:PFE), Bakkafrost (OSE:BAKKA) samt Kemira (HEL:KEMIRA) och Cisco Systems (NYSE:CSCO). Inköpsvalet gjordes utifrån nuvarande sektorsavvägning och pris i relation till 52-week-low/high.

Inköpen gjordes som mina vanliga veckoinköp, då under Vecka 25.

Avkastning på inköpet av NYSE:CSCO blir 3.64 % och inköpet ökar min årsutdelning med ~44 SEK före skatt.

Avkastning på inköpet av NYSE:VZ blir 5.09 % och inköpet ökar min årsutdelning med ~141 SEK före skatt.

Avkastning på inköpet av NYSE:O blir 4.63 % och inköpet ökar min årsutdelning med ~154 SEK före skatt.

YoC för min position i NYSE:CSCO är 3.69 %.

YoC för min position i NYSE:VZ är  4.57%.

YoC för min position i NYSE:O är  4.10%.
